Where do I find subscription renewal information? Will I be notified prior to my expiration date?
Approximately 28-30 days before your membership expires a notice will appear in the top right corner of the BAC website under your membership number. It will show you the number of days remaining of your subscription as well as a link (the word renewal) to the renewal area.
You will also receive an email (provided your spam blocker doesn’t grab it) about 28-30 days before your membership expires with the same renewal information contained in it.
If your subscription expires, you will still be able to login to the website, however you will not be able to access any of the ‘Members Only’ sections of the website. If your subscription has expired, you will see renewal information on the top center of the home-page while logged in.
