Election time is over I would like to post all the positions filled .In 2013 the Board of Directors amended the bylaws to include a provision for staggered terms for all board positions. In order to implement the staggered terms, it was necessary for about half of the board positions to be filled for 1 year, and the other half for a 2 year term; thereafter each board position is a 2 year position. Staggering the terms is a good idea because at each election, half the board will have one year of experience or more.
