If you will ever need a pair of the Beech logo emblems for your refurbished yokes, better get them now. Please read the updated Classified Ad for ‘yoke emblem‘. From February to June 2006, RAPID raised the List Price to $175 each/$350 pair. I was quoted a cost (to me) exceeding $80 EACH, at which price point I simply closed out the ad. I have now received a temporary supply of new genuine Beech emblems from RAPID, which I can re-sell for $60 PER PAIR. Please read the ad for more details (how and why).
This opportunity is unlikely to be repeated, unless we are really lucky and my stock sells out within six months. If it does, and I can convince myself that there is still a good market for them, I might be able to get another shipment at near the same cost. But I’m not yet sure that it will make sense for me to gamble that much money on a second batch.
