BACFest 2018 – Louisville, Kentucky
The 2018 edition of BACFest will be held in Louisville, KY from September 12-16, 2018. Currently 75% of the attendees who have made their hotel reservations are arriving on Wednesday, September 12, so some additions have been made to the schedule. Registration for BACFest will begin by June 15.

The Galt House, the only riverfront hotel in the city overlooking the Ohio River and southern Indiana, will serve as our headquarters. A hotel reservation website has been setup and is now accepting room reservations. To book your room online, visit https://aws.passkey.com/go/BeechAeroClub2018 . A credit card will be required to reserve a room; however, no charges will be posted until check-in. A toll free reservation number is also available, 1-800-843-4258. Refer to the Beech Aero Club group and you may have to spell Beech if the agent can’t find the group name.
The rate for BACFest at The Galt House is $139 per night, plus local taxes. The rate will be available 3 days before and after our event dates. The final day to reserve a room at the group rate is August 12, 2018. Even if you’re unsure whether or not you will be able to attend, it’s recommended to go ahead and book a room now, then adjust as September draws near. The hotel has a 48-hour cancellation policy to make any necessary changes to your reservation. Additionally, because the hotel is undergoing some renovations during our stay, our room block has been upgraded to the nicer tower of the hotel. We will receive nicer rooms, but at the same contracted rate. Please note, if driving a vehicle to The Galt House, the hotel has overnight parking charges of approximately $20/night (subject to change). In addition to the provided shuttle service, cabs and Uber are readily available from either KJVY or Louisville International.

The Galt House is a full service, downtown convention hotel.
We will have a private room every day for gathering. Beverages will need to be purchased at the hotel bar.
