Virtual Meeting Rules: The Beech Aero Club will conduct the 2020 Annual General Meeting in accordance with our by-laws. This meeting will be recorded for record keeping purposes.

Due to the method of holding this meeting in a virtual manner, discussion, is not possible. All participants will be muted by the meeting host upon arrival and only those speaking at the moment to an agenda item will be unmuted.
Only those items on the meeting agenda will be addressed.
If you have an item to add to the agenda please forward your request to me for inclusion.
Questions will be directed through the chat function where a BOD member will screen and present the question for consideration.
All meeting presenters are limited to a maximum three (3) minute presentation.
If there is need for a VOTE on an item, it will be done via a thumbs up indication or a “Yea” in the chat box, beginning with “all those opposed to the motion”.
All members have received their meeting documentation through the postings on the forum or by email through Constant Contact.
Should any one have any comments, feedback, etc., we welcome to hear from you after the meeting via a telephone call, email, etc. It is with regret that we can not all be together this year at BACFest in Tullahoma, however, 2021 looks very promising!
